INTRODUCTORY PRICING
At Buddha’s Prescription, our pricing model is simple and transparent. Each appointment lasts between 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the type of visit. All Integrative Medicine and Weight Management initial consultations are one hour long. Integrative Medicine follow-up consultations are 40 minutes, while weight management follow-up consultations are 20 minutes. Patients can seek treatment for one problem/diagnosis per visit. The cost of each appointment until December of 2025 will be $150/visit. The price includes all services (Acupuncture, Prescriptions/ Supplements/Botanicals, and mind-body medicine). The introductory price will end on December 31st, 2025, and each visit will be charged at $250/appointment from January 1st,2026.
After-hours appointments are available upon special request for $250/hour. Please text your requests for after-hours appointments to (689) 208-7479. Appointments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
(PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT)
- All visits are by appointment only (No Walk-ins)
- Appointments are made online by clicking the “Book Appointment” tab at the top of every webpage. If you cannot find a desirable time slot, please put yourself on the waitlist on the Book Appointment page, and someone from our office will contact you if an appointment time becomes available. If you need further assistance, please call/text us at 689-208-7479.
- Please complete and sign all the forms while making the appointment online. Failure to do so will take away a significant portion of your visit time.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so your body is relaxed before treatment starts.
- Appointments start and end sharply at the time allotted to you. For example, if you choose an appointment at 10 a.m., your appointment will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 10.40 a.m. However, if you arrive at 10.15 a.m., you will only get to spend 25 minutes with the provider. We value and respect every Patient's time equally and ask for your support to accomplish this.
- If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel it online at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please do so to avoid a $100 charge (non-refundable).
- Payment is due at the time of service. We operate on a “cash pay” basis and DO NOT accept any insurance plans. We do accept all major credit cards. We can provide patients (who don't have Medicare) with a statement showing their payment and a coded superbill. This can be submitted to the insurance company for possible reimbursement at an out-of-network rate, but we can't guarantee whether or how much your insurance company will reimburse for our appointments. We also do not communicate with insurance companies on the Patient's behalf. Payment reimbursement is subject to one's insurance plan.
- We DO NOT provide comprehensive Primary care services (like Physicals, vaccinations), Urgent or Emergency care, Disability evaluation, and ancillary services like lab draws. Patients must be established with a Primary Care Provider before starting treatment at our center. Care received at our clinic should be considered an additional wellness service, rather than a substitute for comprehensive medical care offered by your primary care providers and specialists. If you are facing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit an ER. No controlled prescription medications are dispensed at our clinic.
- We do not evaluate for, nor prescribe, Medical Marijuana at our clinic.
